I've been watching clips of the brilliant Daily Show for ages now, but today MediaGuardian reports that More4 have secured the UK rights:
"Other acquired programming will include US comedian Jon Stewart's much lauded satirical Comedy Central programme The Daily Show and More4 will also take over broadcasting The West Wing from E4."
This is great news - it will be must see TV for me, and I'm really looking forward to the launch of More4 after all the waiting! Freeview - you now have your 'killer app'

It's a new digital TV channel coming from Channel4 - a sister channel to E4. (So it'll lean more towards 'high brow' programming.) It'll launch in October 2005 on Freeview, $ky and most likely cable too.
